What You'll Be Doing:

• Lawn Care & Mowing: Keep outdoor spaces lush and well-maintained through regular mowing, trimming, and edging.
• Landscape Maintenance: Ensure all outdoor areas from flower beds to pathwaysremain pristine and visually appealing.
• Physical Labor: Perform routine outdoor work including but not limited to: lifting, pushing, and operating equipment to maintain the grounds.
• General Grounds Maintenance: Conduct basic repairs, clean outdoor areas, and assist in various landscaping tasks.
• Proactive Inspections: Monitor the property for potential maintenance needs and address issues before they arise.
• Equipment Care: Safely operate and maintain lawnmowers, trimmers, and other grounds-keeping tools.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience in lawn care, mowing, trimming, and landscaping.
• Strong physical stamina with an understanding of the physical demands of grounds maintenance.
• Familiarity with landscaping equipment and tools, with the ability to maintain them.
• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence in outdoor aesthetics.
• Self-driven and able to work independently, while also being an effective team player.
• A passion for outdoor work in all types of weather conditions.
