Schedule: Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 4:00 PM (Full-Time)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant / Administrative Clerk to keep our administrative operations organized and efficient. In this role, you'll handle clerical tasks, assist with data entry, coordinate between our HR company and employees, and support customer interactions in our showroom.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Clerical & Filing: Organize and maintain both digital and paper filing systems.
• Data Entry: Accurately input and update information in company systems.
• HR Liaison: Serve as a point of contact between our HR service provider and employees.
• Customer Service Support: Greet visitors, answer phones, and assist with showroom inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Help arrange meetings, appointments, and internal communications.
• Office Organization: Keep work areas neat and ensure supplies are stocked.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous office, administrative, or clerical experience (13 years preferred).
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry systems.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Friendly and professional communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer service or showroom experience is a plus.
