We are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to oversee landscape and hardscape installations, guide crews, and ensure projects are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

Field Operations & Team Leadership

• Supervise daily on-site activities for landscape and/or hardscape projects
• Delegate tasks, support crew members, and maintain productivity
• Promote a safe, organized, and professional jobsite environment

Installation Oversight & Quality Assurance

• Ensure all work aligns with project plans and company standards
• Monitor grading, planting, drainage, and finishing details
• Oversee hardscape construction including pavers, retaining walls, steps, and outdoor features

Scheduling & Material Coordination

• Plan daily workflow and coordinate material deliveries
• Track inventory and communicate supply needs
• Help keep projects on schedule and minimize delays or rework

Communication & Reporting

• Provide updates to management on progress and jobsite conditions
• Interact professionally with clients when needed
• Document progress through notes and/or photos as required

Qualifications

• Experience supervising crews in landscape installation, hardscape work, or both
• Strong understanding of jobsite efficiency, organization, and quality control
• Ability to read project plans and execute tasks with limited supervision (or willingness to learn quickly)
• Effective leadership and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Valid driver's license preferred
• Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working on uneven terrain

Preferred Education: GED or equivalent

Experience: Minimum 2 years in landscape or hardscape; leadership experience a plus
