Project Manager

Vive Exterior Design is hiring a Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion.

As our Project Manager, you will lead scheduling, field coordination, budget oversight, quality control, and client communication to help ensure projects are completed efficiently, professionally, and to the highest standard.

Compensation

• Bi-weekly direct deposit

Schedule

• Monday through Friday
• 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Manage project schedules, budgets, and daily production activities
• Take projects from the Design/Sales team and move them into production efficiently
• Help ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
• Coordinate with Site Supervisors, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Support field teams to keep projects moving efficiently and profitably
• Oversee quality control, safety, and jobsite organization
• Communicate with clients regularly and send weekly schedule updates
• Manage customer concerns quickly and professionally
• Conduct final walkthroughs and create punch lists before project completion
• Support employee training, development, and accountability
• Ensure accurate updates in LMN, LMN Time, payroll, scheduling, and job costing systems
• Review expense forms, purchase orders, receipts, and related project documentation
• Identify process improvements and cost-saving opportunities

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years experience in construction project management, landscaping, exterior construction, or outdoor living projects
• Strong scheduling, budgeting, and coordination skills
• Experience leading teams and supporting field supervisors
• Strong customer service and conflict-resolution ability
• Ability to manage multiple active projects at once
• Comfortable with project tracking systems and administrative responsibilities
• Strong communication, organization, and follow-through
• Valid driver's license required
